In order to make yourself healthy and fit, you can keep trying with your set of rules and plans but it is always an essential part to measure what you are doing. Similar to schools, where you get a report card for your performance, you should also know about your health performance to make better health plans. It makes you stay updated on your progress.

If you are following a diet plan to lose weight, you should always make a weight checking schedule. This schedule can be after one week or one month but you had to restrict yourself to follow the schedule. Going deep into this science, you can also keep a check on your calories. For example, you can list down the food items you eat daily and how much they helped you reduce.

Staying fit and measuring your fitness is also achievable through measurement of your body parts. In order to stay updated on your body activities, always measure every part of your body. This may seem a bit ridiculous at first, but you will eventually notice that how conscious it makes you towards your health and fitness.

One of the most exciting and trendy way to measure your health and fitness is to take pictures. However, make sure that you are not using particular filter apps. You should compare and contrast your pictures, which may be a week old, a month old or 6 months old. Pictures tell you what you need to fix about your body!
