How many eggs should you eat daily?

Eggs are extremely nutritious and among the most beneficial on the planet.  They are a brilliant low-calorie way to get protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and other beneficial composites into your diet. One whole large egg contains 6 grams of high-grade protein in just 70 calories.

So, you should consume three whole eggs daily to have a well-balanced diet.

You might have heard that the yolk is high in cholesterol and if you eat cholesterol, it would increase the level of cholesterol in the blood and contribute to heart disease.

But things are not as you have probably considered at the outset. Well, it’s true that the egg yolk contains a high amount of cholesterol. But cholesterol is also produced in the liver, so when we consume high cholesterol foods, it produces it in reduced amounts.

It means that the more you have cholesterol, the less your body produces in its place. In fact, a single medium-sized egg holds 186 mg of cholesterol, which is 62% of the recommended daily consumption.

Eggs provide a feeling of satiety and thus limit the calorie intake during the rest of the day. This leads to weight loss.

So apparently three eggs a day, keeps the doctor away. Therefore, to strengthen your overall health, make eggs the part of your everyday life. Plus, you must take yolks as well, as they are extremely beneficial.
