Winter is coming!

Multiple numbers of precautions must be taken when you have children and elderly people at home. These people are more at risk when infections and diseases attack.

Avoid Cold Drinks & Ice Creams

Within a certain period of winters, restrain yourself from having cold stuff such as ice cream, cold drinks, etc. Instead, take soups and dry fruits.

Shivering weakens your immune system and throws on the brink of catching colds. So, keep yourself warm by wearing a headscarf or cap, sweater and socks all the time. Don’t forget to take a warm bath each time. Avoid going outside when it rains.

Avoid Sour Foodstuffs

Avoid having chances to catch flu and throat diseases by simply staying away from fast foods, pickles, sauces, chutneys and all sour fixings.

Pay attention to Cleanliness

Cleanliness leans towards a hale and hearty life. Take a daily bath and wash your hand frequently because viruses are highly active during the period and get easily transported from hands to mouth. Avoid unnecessary touching and scratching of facial parts like nose, eyes, and mouth. Keep Kitchen, home, and the bathroom clean at all times.
