“A thing of beauty is a joy forever” is wisely said by John Keats and all the Doctors today as well. Latest medical research has proven that about 30 minutes in a week spent outdoors, in natural beauty can readily lower the risk of developing high blood pressure and depression.

Whether you are visiting the nearest park to your home, hiking, cycling or taking your pet for a walk, you can enjoy the thing of beauty from nature in many ways. Any of these ways can be very beneficial for you to have a long life full of health.

Staying close to nature once in a while is enough to make you have normal blood pressure and stay away from depression. Living in a city, it is quite difficult to spend time in “green space”. However, people, which are able to take out time and find effective means to stay close to nature at least once a week know the value of doing it very well.

Living in the twenty-first century, it is easier for people to stay close to computers and other electronic gadgets but very difficult to stay close to natural water, trees, grass or mountains. Nonetheless, it is quite adequate if you find means to do so every week.

You can easily visit the nearest park and inspire others to do the same. This would decrease the depression level in people by 7%. In order to stay healthy, it is always advised to visit a beach once in a while.
