How to be Foody with Forgetfulness

Forgetfulness in human beings is due to age factor. It is common when a person starts to age. However, forgetfulness can also be due to physical or mental stress, sleep depravity and weakness. Hence, your diet plays an integral role in making you less forgetful. Proper diet and nutrition makes sure that your brain is able to work efficiently for a longer period of time.

There are some essential foods, which supply energy to your brain to work more efficiently. Egg is one of them. Being cooked in various forms, you can eat it the way you like but the important part is that you eat it so it becomes an integral part of your diet.

Brain needs vitamin E, which is present in sunflower seeds. You can use sun flower oil to cook food in order to make sure that you have a long lasting memory till you live. Fish is another protein, which should be included in the diet for healthy brain. It is best for pregnant women to eat as much fish as they can for better brain health of the offspring.

When it comes to fruits and vegetables, all kinds of berries and spinach are very effective and essential for your brain. Berries contain antioxidants, which prevents brain cell deaths. On the other hand, spinach also contains antioxidants, which helps your brain in memory retention and learning. So make sure that you are living a healthy food lifestyle for your memory!
