Why Short Sleep is Making Your Life Miserable?

One of these days, I met a group of people with various health and fitness problems so I randomly asked them how much sleep are they getting? Not for much of a surprise, all of them have regular short sleep without knowing that how this is making their lives miserable. Yes, short sleep in disturbing your body, mind, and your life in many ways, you need to know:

  • Sleeping irregularities and depravity causes you to catch a cold easily than others. Often people on running noses are the ones, who sleep late and wake up early.
  • Sleep irregularities and improper timings cause your entire biological cycle to change. You may feel fresh hours later everyone else does and similarly, you may feel hungry hours earlier before everyone else around you!
  • You have an increased fatal disease risk if you sleep unwell and short.
  • Sleep depravity leads to more sleeping disorders.
  • Short sleep increases risk for catching different infections.
  • Short sleep makes you more convinced of taking sleeping pills and other drugs, which force you to sleep and suppress your natural ability to fall asleep.
  • Having slept short and driving is similar to having been heavily drunk and driving, it can kill you!
  • Short sleep makes you more obese.
  • Irregularities in sleep can also increase your chances for too early diabetes.
  • Sleeping less makes you more lethargic, sedentary and sleepy.
  • Short and irregular sleep welcomes cardiovascular diseases. Improper sleep is too improper for your heart.
